Calls frequently drop or face issues. The support team asks for specifics about dropped calls, but nothing improves. I requested the removal of my fax number after moving to a different provider. They claimed it was handled and the account closed, yet I continued receiving faxes. When I inquired, they deleted the account before I could access any faxes. I explained the urgency of receiving those faxes for our busy practice, but they simply informed me those faxes were gone and could not assist further.
