1 Star - Consistent Service Failures and Poor SupportWe experienced persistent technical failures, including dropped calls, incorrect caller ID displays, and calls blocked as spam. Despite weeks of troubleshooting, iPlum failed to resolve these critical issues, significantly disrupting our operations, it's been a month, they wont refund our more than $100 spent and our service still doesn't work, I've contacted the authorities /regulators. Would strongly advise avoiding this provider.Edit;iPlum has asked for another chance to make this right. I've decided to entertain their proposal of refund and reattempt, for a week's time to see if they're service now works as advertised. If it works, they will regain my business and I will pay them monthly as what's right is right. Cheers to iPlum. Let's see if we can make this work. To follow up.
