After some initial frustrations with the text approval process I contacted customer service and the gentleman on the phone was kind and helpful and things processed faster than anticipated after that. Lesson learned to reach out for support with iPlum. So far I am enjoying the separate ring tone for the iplum app from my personal number and everything I need to stay in touch with clients is easily accessible through the app. Clients just text and call without any app on their end. It is the easiest to use HIPPA compliant phone service I have had thus far (I've used 2 others previously).
