We were so excited when we got our company phone number (833) HAPPY FL! After 3 years of service and on time monthly payments our account was abruptly dissolved on the day that Iplum took our monthly payment and began blackmailing us for more and more money in order for us to try get our phone number back that is on our vehicles, our sales information, our business cards, are advertising, our websites, all of our social media, etc. They ignored our requests for clarification of why they would do this to us and kept sending us messages that we had to pay more and more money saying they would reinstate our account and every time we paid more money we realized it was a lie. At one point they said that they shut off our service because we initiated a chargeback. Obviously that is not true. We even consulted with our bank to make sure and they confirmed that there was no charge back and that Iplum was blackmailing us. Finally I just gave up because we had lost a lot of money and company time because we had been without a phone and unable to conduct business for over a week and Iplum was still telling us they would reinstate our phone if we just paid more money. We are now taking more money away from our business to try and remove the phone number from everything and contact all of our clients all over Florida and tell them what Iplum did to us explaining why we no longer have a phone and that is why we couldn't conduct business. Iplum is still messaging saying that they will give us our phone service back if we pay more money but we aren't going to do that. Instead, after we have calculated all the money we have lost from their unethical illegal business practices we will make sure we are compensated by iPlum for all of our losses. I would pick a different company for your phone service because it is very important for the future of your business that you only do business with ethical companies. Our phone number was very important to us and a big part of our company's brand. We are devastated that iplum did this!Reply to iplum response:As discussed, That is a 100% lie. Our phone service hadn't been working correctly for several days before you shut off our business's phone completely on June 5th and took my payment out of my account with no problems on the regular payment date June 6th. And per our agreement and the law, you are required to notify us in advance before you shut off our phone service halting business operations and giving us no way to access our account or retrieve our ongoing text message conversations or our saved voicemails and contacts; in addition to not being able to send or receive calls or texts from our current and perspective clients anymore. And as discussed, you are responsible for all damages to my business and all costs incurred as a result of your unethical and illegal actions that you are coincidentally continuing to accumulate by fraudulently saying that our credit card was fraudulent. Please refer to our last email refusing your offer, after you realized you would be unable to continue to extort more money from us, to refund us for all of the extra money you made us pay to try and keep our phone number while you were lying to us and saying that you would reinstate our account but instead kept demanding more money. We don't do business with unethical companies and you owe us a lot more money than that..
