Overall, I am happy with IPlum. The wait time (about ten days) to get up and running with the number I chose was frustrating in that it complicated contact with clients. Since it’s been in effect, it’s been good but I have experienced some hiccups - I sent a couple of texts and the texts didn’t actually send. It wasn’t until I reached out to clients again that I found out they texts hadn’t sent. I had a notice after my text that said “invalid number”, even though I had already texted to this number before and after sending that text.
