Calls and texts come through seamlessly, and from the client’s perspective, it looks like a normal text message, which is great.The one small headache was getting the TCR (Carrier Text Registry) setup—took about a week and a half, and I had to email support to move things along. Not the end of the world, but a bit of a hassle.What I like most is the ability to set up out-of-office messages and the simplicity of the app. It’s not overloaded with unnecessary features, just clean and easy to use.Having a separate number for clients instead of giving out my personal cell has been very nice.
