I had a frustrating experience with customer support. It seemed like the support staff couldn't speak English very well, and I suspect that the profile pic was generated by AI. The responses I received to my questions were not very helpful. For example, when I asked if I could use residential proxies for a specific purpose, I got a response saying "Hello, yes you can use." Similarly, when I inquired about specific countries being supported, I received the response "Hello, yes we support countries."The proxies are affordable, but they are slow, which is understandable. However, I was disappointed that there was no button to clear sessions. As a result, when I tried to generate a new location I just generated an amount more than previously generated.
