The long wait really detracted from the experience. I bought a game on Saturday, expecting it to take an hour to 12 hours for processing, but it ended up being until Monday before I got any updates. I reached out all weekend without any response. In the end, I did receive the information I needed, which was good, but if you can’t respond over the weekend, that should be clearly stated on your website.
This is a scam. I've used the service for years without any problems. However, after ordering from this site, the key I received was supposed to work on three devices, but was only accepted twice. After a month, it stopped working entirely. The activation code was linked to a questionable email. I went back to the original service and resolved the problem immediately. You get what you pay for when trying to save money with scammers.
Once again, I'm now at 48 hours waiting for a response regarding my refund. It's still not functioning, and even if it did, I want my money back. As I mentioned before, they are scamming people, consistently delaying responses and asking me to wait. After 24 hours of waiting to play, I had to wait another 24 because they didn’t fix the issue. When I requested the refund, they asked me to remove negative feedback before they process it. Good luck to everyone; I’ll be back in 24 hours to complain again.
I have bought several PC games through this platform without any issues. The advantage is you get the full game, but the downside is that you can only play offline, making it suitable for single-player games. Overall, it's a cost-effective option.
