I had a very disappointing experience with IPOSTAL
At first, everything seemed fine, but issues started when I noticed inconsistent pricing. For example, I was shown a shipping cost of $2.82 for a document, but ended up being charged $12 without any clear explanation or breakdown of fees.
There were also delays in scanning my shipments, and communication became frustrating over time. When I tried to understand and resolve the issue, instead of providing support or clarification, the mail center requested to have my account moved elsewhere.
even when i asked my for refund they refuse to do it
I understand that businesses can set their own policies, but customers deserve transparency and basic customer service. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.
Would not recommend if you’re looking for clear pricing and reliable handling of your mail.
