This is by far the worst internet provider I've ever encountered. The connection is slow, and it frequently disappears for about an hour. Customer service is a nightmare, with long hold times and unhelpful responses. Every call takes at least 45 minutes, and they keep raising prices without reason. I recently switched providers, and the new service is much faster and hassle-free.
