I bought a "Premium Static ISP" proxy for Bulgaria. However, TCP/IP fingerprinting showed it was an Android device routed via OpenVPN. Their Client Support Manager (Ray) explicitly admitted in the ticket that their entire Bulgarian stock consists of Android OS devices, NOT desktop ISPs.
Despite selling a product that fundamentally does not match the description, their agent Paul refused a $5 refund, hiding behind a "24-hour policy," even though the ticket was opened before the 24 hours expired. Do not buy if you need real desktop IPs for strict platforms.
