A truly terrible experience. I ve been using these proxies for a year, but in the last three months, things have gotten really bad. Tech support is downright mean in chat and is rude. Meanwhile, the proxies I paid over 300$ for last month aren’t working at all. They said it was because of a dynamic IP address. And they refuse to refund me or fix anything
I used this service for a long time, and everything was fine. But now it's just terrible—constant disconnects, impossible to work with. The worst service I've ever encountered. When I asked for a solution or a refund, tech support blocked me and didn't accept the screenshots of errors I sent. I believe the service has become a scam and may soon close. Be careful and don't deposit there; there are much more honest and stable services
Instead of improving the service, making it more flexible, and offering better pricing than before, they’re going in the opposite direction by adding unnecessary requirements on the order page, things like extra conditions, IP quality tiers, and multi-device access.
I already pay for a proxy at the regular price expecting a good, reliable service. I really dislike this approach of charging extra just to get better quality. The standard price is already high enough, and when I pay for it, I expect to receive the best possible service by default.
I should also be able to replace it if it doesn’t suit my needs, especially since it hasn’t even been 24 hours.
My experience with IPRoyal was a complete disappointment.. The pricing is unnecessarily high for the quality they provide, and compared to other providers, they offer no real advantages. Definitely not a company you can rely on long term. A waste of both time and money.

I buy the residential proxy for spain but its not working at all it get connect but internet connection gone then i ask them refund they said its not their policy so i feel like scam my 2GB package none used at all because i unable to use it at all waste of my time as well i recommed use surfsharf they are better
I strongly advise against using this service! I purchased what were advertised as 'Static ISP' proxies for my professional business needs, but what I received was completely subpar. Despite being marketed as ISP proxies, reputable fraud detection tools identified them as 'Anonymizing VPN' and 'Datacenter' IPs. The most aggravating aspect is their support policy: they disregard well-respected services that are recognized in the online community for fraud detection. Instead, they rely solely on their own internal assessments to claim their proxies are 'clean,' while the broader community sees them as high-risk VPNs. They provided me with three replacements, and each one was flagged with a Fraud Score of 25+ and inconsistent browser fingerprints. This poses a significant risk for any sensitive accounts, as true ISP proxies should function like residential ones, not flagged VPNs. They are deceiving customers by offering cheap, recycled datacenter proxies at inflated ISP prices. If you value your online security and account safety, steer clear! They are dishonest and refuse to acknowledge established transparency tools.
The service is quite straightforward to configure. Depending on your router's configuration, you may need to adjust the port settings slightly in the admin console of the proxy platform. I haven't encountered any problems and have purchased three months of the datacenter proxy for about five dollars, which is very affordable. I've lost trust in my previous VPN provider, so I've chosen to switch to this service.
