Instead of improving the service, making it more flexible, and offering better pricing than before, they’re going in the opposite direction by adding unnecessary requirements on the order page, things like extra conditions, IP quality tiers, and multi-device access.
I already pay for a proxy at the regular price expecting a good, reliable service. I really dislike this approach of charging extra just to get better quality. The standard price is already high enough, and when I pay for it, I expect to receive the best possible service by default.
I should also be able to replace it if it doesn’t suit my needs, especially since it hasn’t even been 24 hours.
