I received a mail program letter stating to contact them to opt out if I wished. I emailed to opt out, but the customer service representative refused to process my request and made the experience frustrating. They acted as though they didn't understand my request, asked for repeated information, and requested a picture of the letter, which I had already discarded. Overall, it was a nuisance and clearly a tactic to complicate the process. It's disheartening that the organization claims to cooperate with withdrawal requests but acts otherwise.
