Unbelievable GREED

It's astonishing how greedy some organizations can be. They call and expect me to spend 15 minutes answering questions for free, while charging clients thousands for the project. They gather data without compensating users, yet if they used a panel partner, they would surely pay participants for taking a survey. This is a multi-million dollar organization we're discussing!

How GREEDY can one organization be...you call me and expect me to spend 15 minutes answering questions for FREE...while charging clients thousands for that project, yet you expect to gather data without compensating the user...if you used a partner, you would definitely pay participants for taking a survey. Complete failure in communication

I started receiving spam emails from this organization, including surveys. They used the wrong name, suggesting someone mistakenly entered my email. Unsubscribing didn’t work, and replying was futile—the reply-to address does not exist. I tried all unsubscribe options listed in the email headers with no success. I also attempted to reach out through the 'Contact Us' page on their site, but that failed too. Their communication systems are entirely broken, making it impossible to resolve a simple issue.

Deceptive and Manipulative Customer Service

I received a mail program letter stating to contact them to opt out if I wished. I emailed to opt out, but the customer service representative refused to process my request and made the experience frustrating. They acted as though they didn't understand my request, asked for repeated information, and requested a picture of the letter, which I had already discarded. Overall, it was a nuisance and clearly a tactic to complicate the process. It's disheartening that the organization claims to cooperate with withdrawal requests but acts otherwise.
