In December, I paid for my monthly subscription and canceled my quarterly subscription, yet I still received charges for an extra box. They informed me that both subscriptions were canceled, but continued to send emails prompting me to select items for the extra box. When I attempted to contact them, I only interacted with a bot and received no replies to my emails. I reached out on December 1 regarding this issue, and three days later, I still haven't heard back. Using the chatbot only generates multiple tickets for your problem and informs you that refunds are not provided. It's better to deal with your credit card company rather than face the frustration of this service.
