We had an extremely disappointing experience with the service. I have two daughters who each wanted a three-month gift subscription for the holidays. The subscriptions were purchased and sent to my email, as I am their parent and they are minors. I redeemed both subscriptions, but instead of receiving two, my account only shows one six-month subscription. I attempted to reach out to the support team, but was told there’s no way to resolve the issue. This is absurd. My children are very upset as they will now have to share one subscription. I would not recommend this service to anyone, as the support is unhelpful.
