I have had Ipsy on and off for years. While there are some good deals, they've barely changed the brands or products in 8 years. They also tend to refund you for out of stock items at least 2 weeks later. You don't get told what they didn't have in stock, so keeping all receipts is essential. The online stock is unreliable. That has to be what bothers me the most. All the refunds that I have to play guessing game with.
