Good service prompt delivery.The instruction booklet is comprehensive abd usable.I have been using my aids to watch the TV but have noticed that I am getting some background noise, I have tried changing the earbuds ends and this did reduce slightly. Good news the certainly amplify not sure if I would want to wear all day. I will continue to vary the earbuds in the hope of eliminating the background hiss.
