The aids were very visible and although I didn't remove the tag to see if they were a life changer because I didn't like them, they wanted £35 to send them back to cover cost of cleaning etc. They offered me to keep them for 25% off which I chose to do as worked out roughly the same . No mention of that in the advert. Very dussapointed

This company are running a returns scam. If the product isn't suitable you are being asked to return it to China at your own expense, plus they are taking an additional £35 out of your refund, and they sell the returned product on. Pretending to be a UK company when they clearly aren't. Avoid like the plague

I ordered 2 sets by mistake, emailed them straight away, their reply was wait until they arrive then let us know and we will run you through how to return the one not required. I emailed them when the items arrived, they then said they would refund me 25% of the cost as there was a £35 return delivery charge. After nearly 4 weeks and lots of emails I have still not received any sort of refund and get the impression this company does not intent to refund me. As for the aids they do not fit properly as they seem to big for my ears even by changing the rubber ear piece that are different sizes.Beware this company only want your money. As other comments on here it's not possible to report them to trading standards as they are a foreign company.

I had been in touch with customer services about the suitability of the hearing aids for my Mother and was assured returning them wouldn't be an issue. At no point was I informed that there would be a fee of £35 to return them.

If you purchase the Hearing Aids from this company. Make sure you read the terms and conditions of returning. It will cost you £53.98 that's without paying for tracking. The service and help are good but to deduct £35 to put your money back in your bank takes a lot to be desired!!!

These Ipurehear hearing aids are amazing. They are comfortable, discreet, have adjustable volume, and most importantly the performance is amazing, as is the price.

I only recently received my hearing aids and am still getting used to them. Up to now they are excellent and have made a lot of difference as I can hear my grandchildren also have to turn the television down.
