Delighted all round. Mum can hear and no frustrated repeating

My mum has been waiting for a follow up audiology appt since June when she had moulds taken for new hearing aids. Her current NHS ones are failing daily. With no appointment in sight I saw these and thought for £69 they’re worth a try. Although I was sceptical as my mother in law has paid £3k+ twice in the last 5 years for similar aids which don’t work well for her. They did take 3+ weeks to come but it was over Christmas and New Year so understandable. Delivered last Friday and charged we fitted Mum with them on Saturday. Took about 30 mins due to trying different tips and frequency. Reached out to support as one fitted better than the other their response and advice was quick and clear. Sarah was super helpful. Refitted the right one today and again we adjusted the frequency (she was complaining we were talking too loud). She’s absolutely delighted says they’re brilliant. She can listen to tv on a lower setting than us, can hear conversation in the car and hear clearly on the phone all things she’s not been able to do for such a long time. So far so good. Very happy all round - she can hear us and we don’t need to continually repeat ourselves (frustration removed). Yes you have a bit of trial and adjustment but that’s the same for anything aids. Definitely recommend.
