I had a good experience until this week. I followed the usual instructions with the new pen, but no fluid came out, and the gauge wasn't clicking properly. I tried a different needle, but the same issue occurred. I sent photos and am still waiting for a response. I'm now five days behind on my injection, which is a significant gap in my treatment. As a pensioner, I'm struggling to afford this treatment, but I know that being overweight is detrimental to my health. I've already spent nearly £300 with nothing to show for it. I understand they need to verify the faulty pen, but where's the customer service? This is utterly unfair. I deserve a replacement immediately! I'm now overweight and financially strained. I won't be buying Christmas gifts this year, as my family agrees that my health is the priority.
