Unfortunately my last pen didn’t work as well as the last few months have. It probably didn’t help as the order couldn’t be delivered on the day scheduled so was then left the next day outside the front door , and the courier didn’t knock. When was noticed the ice pack has completely defrosted. Whether that affected the efficiency of the Monjaro pen last month , but I had full on food noise and put weight on. So I changed the delivery address this month and was fine. I could tell on the first day of taking the injection that it was working how all the other ones have since last year. So to me it was either a bad batch or because it wasn’t kept cold before I received it.
This last order was perfect !!!
I mistakenly placed two orders, and they verified this, realizing it was an error, and promptly refunded the difference. My package was approved and dispatched swiftly after that. Transitioning from another supplier required some alternative proof, which took a bit of time, but since then, everything has gone smoothly. I would highly recommend this service.

This service was a total waste of time. They made me jump through hoops only to tell me I don't qualify. It's a joke of a company! They claim it will take 3-5 days for my refund. This feels like a farce run by amateurs. I've been on treatment since March, and they still say I don't qualify. Ridiculous!
I had a good experience until this week. I followed the usual instructions with the new pen, but no fluid came out, and the gauge wasn't clicking properly. I tried a different needle, but the same issue occurred. I sent photos and am still waiting for a response. I'm now five days behind on my injection, which is a significant gap in my treatment. As a pensioner, I'm struggling to afford this treatment, but I know that being overweight is detrimental to my health. I've already spent nearly £300 with nothing to show for it. I understand they need to verify the faulty pen, but where's the customer service? This is utterly unfair. I deserve a replacement immediately! I'm now overweight and financially strained. I won't be buying Christmas gifts this year, as my family agrees that my health is the priority.
