I'm unable to give a high rating because, although they performed the level 3 inspection, which their website states includes thermal imaging to check for heat loss, none was done. After reaching out over a week ago, my follow-ups were ignored. I wouldn't work with them again. They stated I could ask questions, but when I inquired about the thermal imaging, there was complete silence. No borescope investigation was conducted either. I cannot recommend their services.
