I can't give a full rating because, despite completing the level 3 inspection, which their website claims includes thermal imaging for heat loss, none was performed. After reaching out over a week ago, my follow-ups went unanswered. I wouldn't choose to work with them again. They encouraged questions, but when I asked about the thermal imaging, I received no reply. Additionally, there was no borescope investigation. I cannot endorse their services.
The entire process was seamless. I opted for a level 3 survey report and valuation, and the survey was conducted promptly, with the report delivered the next day. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the report, which highlighted several significant issues I wasn't aware of. This allowed me to renegotiate the purchase price, securing a contribution from the sellers towards the necessary repairs.

The report revealed serious hidden issues such as rising damp, dry rot, structural problems, roof wear, and fire safety concerns—issues not visible during viewings. It also included realistic repair cost estimates, indicating that repairs could exceed £55,000. A special thanks to the surveyor whose professionalism and meticulousness saved me from an expensive mistake. Based on the findings, I chose not to proceed with the purchase. I will definitely use this service again for future properties and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a thorough and reliable survey.
