We had the survey done which was carried out within three weeks of booking and was satisfactory. However I paid extra for a drone survey of the roof which was never carried out as in a no fly zone. Despite being told the extra £100 I paid for this additional survey would be refunded, it has yet to appear in my bank. They do not reply to emails and despite being told they have sent to their accounts team over a month later nothing! Don’t trust them with your money and make sure you check what you’re paying for!
