I am travelling from Nilgiri express to Chennai central. The train stopped at arakonnam junction. Firstly we should be informed this in prior because work going on in central isn’t unplanned. Secondly, there should be an alternative option that has to be arranged. Very dissatisfied with the service. Everyone has commitments, this just shows how how unbothered IRCTC is sbout people’s time
