Outright looting of customer money!
Tatkal booking starts at 11 am and by 11.02 am ticket is booked but Waitlisted. After chart is prepared IRCTC refunds only 50% money and keeps the remaining 50% with itself.
Why book WL ticket and then cut cancellation charges on top of Convenience charges while booking ticket!
Irctc is unfairly looting common man.
Utterly useless website this is. Only for agents. Tatkal booking system is worst. Even with good internet speed it shows connection error and by the time website starts working all the Tatkal bookings are already done. Keep up the good work irctc you are providing quite a shitty service to people.
I want to share exp. Regarding irctc manual ticket printing. The printer quality of very low. And printing colume are not place at right coulume. Even PNR number is not readable..

I had a terrible experience traveling on train number 12956 from Jaipur to Mumbai Central. My seat was booked in S1, but the entire coach was overrun by general passengers. Women couldn't even access the washroom due to overcrowding. I filed complaints twice, but there has been no resolution from the support team.
