It arrived in perfect condition, as it was well packed and with a set of tiny but adequate tools with which to expedite its installation. It worked as it should while powering the device immediately from the initial use after installation, andwhen I plugged in the charger to top up the charge. I have only used it for a couple of hours so far, so I have yet to discover how long it will hold a charge. Time will tell.
