I ordered from a website and received my battery for a vacuum cleaner, but it is not the specified brand. Instead, it is simply labeled 'LITHIUM'. This is misleading advertising, and I am reluctant to use a non-branded battery as it may void my warranty. The order confirmation clearly stated the brand, which is unacceptable. When I requested a return or refund, I received a response stating that they are a third-party supplier and not the original brand, which was mentioned on their site. This is disappointing.
I have not received my order at all because the delivery service sent it to the wrong person. I hope the delivery will be redirected to me soon. The support team responded quickly, and we are waiting for solutions, but this is clearly a fault of the delivery service. It has been a frustrating experience!
