Is anyone else having a bad experience migrating to Iris Elements?
The software is full of quirks. The AI gives me instructions that don't apply to my practice but no one at Iris will tell me why they don't apply - just that they don't. Helpful.
All my ltd co clients were duplicated when migrated but now Iris tells me I can't merge them so I am having to manually sort through my client list to make it functional.
Absolute nightmare from start to finish.
