The software is affordable and serves its purpose well. I've been using it for two years, and it offers good value. Unfortunately, the customer service is lacking. I've been trying to change my login email for over three months, and no one seems to assist me. The support team appears uninterested, and when I do connect with someone, they provide names and emails of account managers, but I never receive a response when I reach out. This ongoing issue makes me concerned about potential future problems, leading me to consider switching to a competitor.
