Run. We've been a long time user of mypay. It has been absolutely catastrophic the last 6 months. None of our automated payrolls have run since the migration. Payrolls that do startup again were incorrect. No one is responsive. No one corrects the mishaps. Now to add icing on the cake, our internal firm payroll wasn't processed so none of our employees were paid. We are on day 3 and counting - no solution in the works yet. This is absolutely unacceptable. On top of it all we're discovering changes need to be made just about to all employee payrolls. This transition has been abysmal. Stay far away.
