If I could give 0 stars I would. Nearly a year after purchase my i3 roomba with cleanbase stopped charging. I am busy this time of year with work, so I didn't have a chance to dive in to see what the problem is. When I did have time I discovered one of the charging contacts had overheated and deformed. I am now 1 month passed the 1 year limited warranty. I need one charging contact, probably a 1 dollar part. After 45 minutes on hold, they tell me because it is beyond the 1 year warranty there is nothing I can do but send it out for a 3rd party to repair, which means parts are available, but they will not sell to me. I will never buy another product from this company again. We should not have to pay a professional an hourly or base rate to plug a wire on a terminal and turn a few screws. They offer so many other parts, but not this one. Seems to me they know of the problem and have figured out how to export the consumer.
