I am a disabled veteran and And purchased and I3 Robot floor cleaner directly from IRobot back in November as a Christmas gift. I purchased Only after they Promise me it would not be on sale before Christmas. A week and a half later, I found the same I3 on sales for almost $100.00 less than my veterans discount. Once I saw it was on sale for less I called their customer service. After waiting 45 minutes I spoke with a customer service representative who said they would open a price match case and would email me the information. After three days no information was found in my email or my junk box and I called customer service again. This time I waited for almost 35 minutes and then spent the next half hour explaining to the customer service rep that case number was already issued. The customer service rep did not find any open case and then issued another case number with the response somebody would get back to me the next business day or within 24 hours. After two days passed I filed an online customer service case and as of yet still have not heard back from anyone. I sent an email online to one of their North American executives and sent them along with pictures of their own ad along with Best Buy ads showing the lower sales price. As of 12/07/22 I have still not been contacted by anyone from North America customer service nor IRobot corporation. All Buyers beware, beware. beware.If they treat veterans like this how do you think they will treat a normal buyer. My next call is for a return authorization and I will not buy an iRobot product ever again.
