I am on my third iRobot vacuum there business model is to sell the vacuums discontinue the parts and then offer you plus then two hundred dollars to trade in your $2000 vacuum for more crap. They use parts that wear out with indoor use including the wheel, how can the rubber on the wheel wheels wear faster than a rubber on a car outside? Their quality has gone to hell using subpar materials, their brushes and their rollers get chewed up and no good just from hair would not recommend anybody waste their time or money.
