From initial contact to installation Ironglaze were available, helpful and responsive. We were kept informed about the order through the process by the salesman (Bob) who came to assess our job (rear door replacement). The door was a bespoke colour, opened outwards and required an internal blind. The installer arrived exactly when planned and completed the job quickly and efficiently. He noted that the handles were not as specified so after reporting back to the company he returned the next day with the correct handles.
