I had 5 estimates for my 18 sash windows although not the cheapest after seeing the windows in showrooms of the others they were the best.Sales rep was excellent, measured up and left and sent me the estimate, no hard sell which was great.The fitters were very very good, I'm very happy with the finish around the windows and they were very contentious and clean.Had a problem when taking out kitchen window which ended up needing a steel joist which was done at no extra cost.Had another problem with some of the glass which was also not Ironglaze fault but obviously the manufacturer's this was also dealt with no problem.All in all I'm very happy with the windows and would not hesitate to recommend them.
