Abysmal customer service

Terrible customer service. Windows and front door installed around August 2017. Within a few months two windows were catching and wouldn't open, it took nearly a year to get someone to fix them; one of the windows still sticks and won't open!In December 2020, the front door starting letting in rain, black mould appeared on the wall and silicon sealant, with water on the aluminium door bar.In March 2021 someone visited, said he wasn't sure if the door had been installed correctly and replaced the silicon sealant inside the door trim. He also thought there was a trim missing to the bottom of the door. He left saying they'd be in touch. No one contacted me.January 2022 the door is still letting in rain, the wall and floor inside have black mould and the outside brickwork to the side of the door is wet.Their aftersales team hardly ever get in contact and it's useless trying to call or email their director as he ignores all calls and emails.
