I have complained endlessly to the MD about his head of sales and appalling customer service. He refuses to concede that the head of sales requires training technically and in personability. In the end I felt I had no choice but to approach another company in order to achieve my desired end result. It hurts most because I am a returning customer, that experience was much better I hasten to add. I am still awaiting an apology in writing.Following a refund in full of my deposit for the three windows that were also outstanding I am now signed up with a new company and hope to have said windows installed late June.
