I am formally complaining: 1. The package was initially returned by the courier to you, and you didn’t resend it until I called to inquire. 2. Scheduled for Saturday – the driver was half a mile away (I could see on the map), then DPD canceled. 3. Sunday – about to deliver, again visible on the map, then, Sorry, cannot deliver… What is going on? I lost two carpenters half a day's work each because of this. The parcel should have been with me last Tuesday!
