Ordered a bronze casement window catch and stay. Really good and easy to navigate website. Good quality, well made items at a good price. Fastest delivery ever. Now to fit them as my old ones had different fixing holes :) Will be back for 3 more now I know how lovely they are. Thank you.
I received my order, but unfortunately there was a problem with it which wasn’t down to the supplier. It was down to the delivery firm I contacted. Ironmongery and they replaced the missing items with next day delivery could not ask for better service considering it wasn’t their fault.
I arranged for next day delivery before 10:30am, but once more, the delivery service failed to deliver, claiming no one was at home. I had two people waiting for the package, but the driver never arrived. I contacted the support team, and they said there was nothing they could do, leaving me to pay two individuals for a full day of waiting. The company mentioned they would refund the additional postage costs, but I have yet to receive any confirmation. I've relied on this service many times in the past, but after this being the fifth incident with the delivery service, I won't be using it again.
I had checked prices for wardrobe handles at several locations until my partner recommended this place (he uses them professionally). The value was excellent compared to what I found elsewhere, and I was truly impressed with the quality upon arrival. I ordered on Saturday, and they arrived by Monday. I had them fitted and completed by lunchtime. Couldn't be happier!
I am formally complaining: 1. The package was initially returned by the courier to you, and you didn’t resend it until I called to inquire. 2. Scheduled for Saturday – the driver was half a mile away (I could see on the map), then DPD canceled. 3. Sunday – about to deliver, again visible on the map, then, Sorry, cannot deliver… What is going on? I lost two carpenters half a day's work each because of this. The parcel should have been with me last Tuesday!
