I arranged for next day delivery before 10:30am, but once more, the delivery service failed to deliver, claiming no one was at home. I had two people waiting for the package, but the driver never arrived. I contacted the support team, and they said there was nothing they could do, leaving me to pay two individuals for a full day of waiting. The company mentioned they would refund the additional postage costs, but I have yet to receive any confirmation. I've relied on this service many times in the past, but after this being the fifth incident with the delivery service, I won't be using it again.
