I subscribed to Blur premium more than 10 years ago and was happy with the ease of use including the password manager, email and phone masking. All that went south when it became Ironvest. Now it uses the wrong passwords or some accounts disappear and reappear randomly. It will not work on 4 different browsers, even with cookies, caches, and history deleted, and in private mode. Tried manually deleting accounts and adding them back in and the issue persists. When it won't allow a login and is supposed to send a password reset, the reset link never arrives. The app used to be great but now it is also messed up. Accounts are missing and the only way to access anything right now is because the app is left open with biometric login. Backed up everything about a week ago so it must be time to head elsewhere. Customer service claims because the account is "Premium" we get special service, but so far only a bunch of emails that repeat the same instructions for things that have already been done and explained. So they are not actually reading the emails from customers. Too bad .... it used to be a good service, but now there are a lot of others that seem to be more customer focused; Ironvest website is now all about Banking services.
