So tried calling back only to get "sorry due to the extreme call volume of the topic you are calling about we are unable to handle your call at this time. Please call back again later or the next business day." Even the PSA of Philippines is more efficient than this laugh of an agency here in the US. That is to say nothing about the paperwork they loose or claim to never receive even if you have the USPS tracking number to say otherwise.
