Mathew McConville is not someone who can be trusted. He agreed to take a sensitive police negligence claim for my daughter but provided no meaningful communication between January to September 2025. We eventually found out that he requested a time extension from the police, stating that the parents were waiting to get a medical report. He never informed us of this nor asked us to get one. After wasting months of our time, he sent an email stating he wants to withdraw from the case. It seems his only aim was to get the Legal Aid money under my daughter's name and do absolutely nothing. Also your counsel firm advised to get medical evidence and Mathew McConville took the legal aid and didn’t get the medical evidence from forensic psychiatrist and now withdrawn saying less than 50%. Your firm will face the legal consequences for cheating the special need child and the police.You have responded very quickly on this occasion. However, from January to November we sent multiple reminders requesting case updates, and during that period we received inadequate responses only once every two or three months.
