So we bought tickets online. Casual. The train was supposed to leave at 11.35. We came 11.28, everything went well, the security guided us towards the train platform. We did the line, and bam, they tell us that “something is incorrect”. The “something incorrect” in question was that we aren’t supposed to buy tickets at the same name. There wasn’t even an option for this of the website ?!? How are we supposed to know that? They could’ve let us pass, they had the option. We HAD the tickets we didn’t arrive late. They f*ckd us up.
