Upon booking tickets from Sevilla to Madrid for my partner and I, for some reason I realized I had my name on both tickets. Her document number and e-mail was in one of those, but my name in both. After calling the customer service, I was asked for so much information, it's appauling! They asked me to confirm every single detail, the confirmation number, my e-mail, reservation code, not enough. Just to simply remove my name from one of the tickets...At the end, incredibly, they told me the cost of changing the name was 40 Euros. Complete nonsense, therefore I leave here a review for the future travellers to be aware when booking tickets, and go to other platforms and ideally a different company such as Renfe.
