Normally I don't write reviews, even less if they are good, but in this case I am making an exception because the many bad reviews seem unfair to me. I had never heard of Iryo before and booked the train through Trainline. Then I read all the bad reviews and almost canceled the train out of uncertainty. But I didn't in the end, so now I can have my say. First of all, I missed the train I originally booked and was able to rebook in the app without any problems. The train is nice, clean, spacious, super punctual, the staff helped me with my suitcases, was super nice, we were allowed to move to nicer seats because the train wasn't full. I really can't understand how anyone can complain like that, nobody on board looks unhappy either. Traveled today on the Seville Madrid route with four suitcases and a child and I can only say: Thank you, anytime again!
