Terrible company and terrible customer service. They messed up the lines in Madrid atocha, have put Sevilla people queuing on the wrong counter making many Barcelona passenger (I’ve talked to 8) miss their train as we were waiting behind the Sevilla people on OUR right counter 10 MINS BEFORE TRAIN DEPARTURE. When we complained, their office manager was just rude and told us “for 8 passengers I won’t bear responsibility, for 40 I would have, but not 8”.Shameful thinking, shameful service, no accountability. AVOID THEM.
